The Role: We are looking for a Machine setter / operator to join a busy manufacturing company based in Keighley, West Yorkshire. You will work as part of a team of machine setters, you will be ensuring the smooth running of machines, achieving quality and production targets to the highest level. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Performing product changeovers, setups and run established tooling to the manufacturing specification, particularly within the production time targets. Diagnose and correct running faults in a timely manner. Remove skeletal waste from the back end of the machine, following the SOP. Identify tool prep requirements and communicate these and any defects to tooling technicians via the tolling check sheet. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. The Hours: Working 4 days on (7am-7pm), 4 days off, 4 nights on (7pm-7am), 4 off The Pay: You will earn a salary of up to £27,824
