We are looking to recruit experienced Machine Operators to work within our well established, local family owned client based in Grantham on a permanent basis, you will be working on a morning shift of 6am - 2pm Monday to Friday. Over time is paid after 40 hours. Salary to be reviewed after 3 months

You will be working on a fixed shift pattern operating form, fill, seal machines, load and unload product including packaging on the machines, machine minding, reporting and faults, packing and palleting items from end of line and using labelling machines.

You will be working in a fast paced role, you need to be physically fit and flexible to move from task to task, experience of machine minding / operating is required along with excellent communication skills both verbal and written
