Here at Swift Temps we are currently looking for 2x Machine Operators for our client who is a market leading provider of components to the Automotive, Electronic and Food Production Industries.

This role is based in Haydock.

You will be responsible for;
  • Machine Feeding,
  • QC Checking,
  • Small Assembly
  • Labelling of goods
  • and any other associated tasks as required

    • This role is in a fast moving and noisy manufacturing environment and can involve repetitive tasks.

    Full training will be given to candidates with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
    Experience in the plastics industry would be an advantage but not essential.

    The hours of work are Monday-Friday and are on a rotating basis working all 3 shifts of:-
    06:00 - 14:00
    14:00 - 22:00
    22:00 - 06:00
    You must be available to work all three shifts.

    Overtime is available but it is not compulsory.

    You must be flexible in your approach and be reliable. Reliability is a must for this company along with the ability to communicate in English and have a good eye for detail.

    The contract initially is on an ongoing basis, but if you work hard and prove your reliability then there could be the possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate.

    Own method of transport would also be ideal due to location.

    Due to COVID-19, face masks will be required to be worn where necessary and there are hand sanitiser stations throughout.
