Recycling Machine operator / Panama shift pattern / Permanent / Immediate start

Duties will include (but are not limited to);
  • Operation of the baler Machine, Crosswrap and Strapping machinery.
  • Cleaning and general maintenance of machines and associated work areas
  • Housekeeping of operating areas
  • Liaising with external technicians
  • Enforcing PPE requirements with all delivery and collection drivers, maintenance technicians, and employees
  • Carrying out safety checks and reporting/recording defects
  • Regulating product quality and maintaining stock levels / machine consumables

Full training is provided, but experience in the operation of a baler machine would be advantageous.
Good communication skills, basic problem solving mentality and basic computing skills to allow data inputting are essential.
