I’m currently working with a fantastic specialty manufacturing company who are opening a brand new bespoke fitted facility in Milton Keynes, and now are looking for Machine operators to join their team.

The company have managed continuous growth throughout COVID and the years leading up to it but have managed to retain the family feel that they worked so hard to foster in the early days. They’re keen for applications from people who are looking to start or continue on in a career in machine operating rather than just seeing it as the next job. They have some fantastic progression opportunities and will invest heavily in the people that join them, what they ask in return is for someone to buy into their vision.

The operator role will be to facilitate to posting of automatically printed letters & advice, the process is automated so the operator role is to ensure that printed documents are moved seamlessly between each station and to bee constantly checking that the high standards are being kept to, looking at aspects such as paper quality, print quality, print alignment etc.

To be considered for this role you will ideally have some kind of machine operator experience from a previous role, you will need to have keen eye for detail and will need to be able to work on your feet for the vast majority of your time.

The role comes with an attractive and competitive salary. The working hours are 1pm – 10pm and the days are Monday – Friday.
