Due to remarkable growth in travel, we are now recruiting for an experienced Travel Customer Service Executive to join a highly bespoke travel company.

This exciting job opportunity is ideal for a travel professional with experience in operations, administration, sales support or customer support. We would consider retail or tour operator sales professionals.

Duties:

• Handling pre and post travel book enquiries.
• Providing excellent customer service and support to customers and travel agents in dealing with their travel queries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, suppliers, and industry partners.
• Booking a range travel types.
• Handling any amendments and cancellations.
• Assist with overflow sales calls, emails and/or live chat.

Essential Requirements:

• Similar experience within the travel industry.
• Experience of working in a customer-facing role desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Computer literate with Word and Excel proficiency.
