Introduction

Matchtech is recruiting for a Logistics Technician in Rochester for a 6 Month contract, working within the Logistics Team.

The Job

Logistics Technician - 6 month contract - Rochester - £14.38ph PAYE or £18.20ph Umbrella (Inside IR35)

The Umbrella rate quoted above is the Gross Umbrella rate (i.e. the rate we pay to the Umbrella Company inclusive of ALL employment costs). Please note, the rate paid by the Umbrella will be less, as will a Limited Deemed rate or Agency PAYE rate. Please get in touch to discuss the rates via these different payment vehicles.

Clearance Requirements & Eligibility

BPSS + ITAR

This role will require the person to hold BPSS Clearance prior to working onsite. You will need to obtain a Criminal Record Check. In addition, this role involves direct access to ITAR Material. Therefore we can only consider UK Nationals for this position. If you are unsure as to whether you are eligible, please contact me to discuss.

The Role

The successful applicant will work flexibly within the Logistics Team and provide effective support to the Inwards Goods, Despatch, Kanban/Lineside and Stores areas as required, reporting to the Manufacturing Resource Leader. The Logistics area is a fast paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on achieving the department’s service agreement. This is a manual role with some heavy lifting involved
