Kinetic Plc are currently looking for a Logistics Technician, who will be working in logistics department, within a laboratory environment. You will be joining an ever-growing team, on behalf of our well-established client, based within the Hawarden, Deeside area.

Hours Of Work

Tuesday to Saturday 8:30am - 16:30pm.

Permanent with the client, following a successful interview.

Salary

£19,047 per annum.

Successful candidates will need to have the following experience and skills:
  • Significant laboratory experience
  • Manage a range of tasks within a logistics department
  • Enable efficient receipt and registration and storage of samples
  • Ensure preparation / splitting of samples is carried out to comply with sample stability times
  • Comply with the requirement of ISO 17025 and company quality management systems
  • Pack samples / containers for distribution to customers or subcontractors via couriers
  • Carry out filtration of water for recycling / disposal
  • Also processing of returns or waste for recycling / disposal
  • Rotate sample bottles and dispose of bottles, following analysis
  • Ensure your workstation and working environment is clean and tidy at all times
  • Washing of glassware
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good team working ability, as well as lone working
  • Strong attention to detail skills
