Location: Wilmslow, South Manchester with varying flex around remote working

Salary: £32k - 38k (depending upon experience)

The Role,

We’re looking for an exceptional, hands-on Logistics Operations Manager who will take our partner company’s logistic function to the next level.

The e-commerce industry has seen remarkable growth in recently and has become a fiercely contested space amongst leading DTC companies. Logistics are a key pillar in this space and be vital in supporting the future growth of our partners.

Together, you will build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for every customer.

What you’ll be doing

  • Drive the deployment of logistics operations, build partnerships with key 3PLs in the UK and Europe
  • Audit existing logistics set ups and optimise for both efficiencies and customer experience
  • Conduct market and industry research, develop plans to address issues, and solve problems related to market or policy changes if needed
  • Liaise with our partners on a regular basis to support the Logistics function, improve processes and offer support on all thing’s logistics
  • Manage day to day Logistics Operations, track record of high performance and team improvement
  • Worked with our BI Manager on data analysis, to continuously improve the Key logistics KPIs

What you’ll bring to the role,

  • At least 3+ years of working experience in eCommerce logistics operations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, analytical and data-driven
