The Community Equipment Service (based at Suresprung in Morriston) currently has a vacancy for a Temporary Logistics Officer.
Please note - This is a Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2023.
The main purpose of this role is to support the Senior Transport Officer in providing exceptional customer service including:
- Answering and resolving customer enquiries for all services, recording interactions and updating data systems.
- Liaising with clients, their family and clinical prescribers to arrange delivery and collection of community equipment
- Organising the delivery and collection teams’ workload and priorities
