Our client are a leading food manufacturer who provide own label and branded manufacture and packaging services for many of the UK’s leading retailers and brands. We are looking to appoint an Outbound Officer where you will be responsible for inputting sales orders onto SAP, keep SAP up to date at all times with order amendments to date and qty, check orders have been dispatched and delivered as planned. You will work closely with warehouse teams on each site to make sure 3PL’s collect stock when required. Daily checks on stock transport orders from site to 3PL, make sure that all stock transport orders match what the 3PL say is received and manage any discrepancies with key stakeholders to maintain stock accuracy at 3Pl and on SAP at all times. Stock management, daily checks that stock on SAP matches stock on 3PL systems.
