Our experienced sales and customer care team make sure that all product sales are supported, be that through our own network of services and support engineers or from the original manufacturer. Process Instrument Solutions not only supply your instrumentation but we will also expertly install, commission, calibrate and service the products whether initially sourced through us or already installed at your plant.

We’re proud to have access to a substantial number of stocks of instrumentation either held by us or by our manufacturing partners resulting in secure next day deliveries or fast track engineered solutions. We have ISO 9001, Safe Contractor approval and Inst MC membership alongside all the correct insurances, risk assessments and method statements required for safe working conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of shipping and receiving operations
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, including data entry and documentation
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments or deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations

Experience:
- Previous experience in logistics coordination or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry and working with logistics software.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and procedures.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional customer service skills.
