This is a position ideally suited to someone either wishing to build a career in the field of administration/Logistics or someone that has worked in a similar position previously.

This could suit someone looking for a role to fit in around school hours.

The Role Will Involve:

· Responding to emails to and from vendors

· Chasing Supply Chain Purchase Orders and Other Documents

· Undertaking Shipping Order amendments

· Entering and Amending Goods Inwards Warehouse (GIW)s

· Direct Shipment amendments

· Creating Fleet Licence applications

· Updating vendor contacts and addresses

· Creating arrival notices

You Will:

· Have strong IT skills, with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

· Demonstrate previous administration experience, ideally from within the Logistics
function

· Work effectively as part of a small team, as well as on your own initiative

· Demonstrate strong communication skills, via telephone, email and in person

· Display a good eye for detail, having had experience in working with spreadsheets

· Hold GCSE (or equivalent) English, Maths and ICT Grade C/4 or above

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary: From £23,000.00 per year
