We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to assess and drive compliance for industry, retailer and brand standards across our company and contract producer base

The role is based on being out in the field travelling to farms, but allocation for office time to organise farm visits and paperwork will be required.

The role will also include a certain number of overnight stays when required if asked to travel further afield.

The successful candidate:

  • Visit farms to ensure that farming systems and practices comply with our Animal Welfare and environmental standards and recorded within our platforms
  • Ensure our customer specifications and codes of practices are understood, acknowledged and actioned throughout the supply chain from farm to consumer and vice versa
  • Implement customer and industry initiatives and projects with our farming partners
  • Host and represent the company at farming events and agricultural shows

Knowledge and Experience

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledgeable background and experience in the livestock - Beef and Lamb production and preferably with a formal agricultural qualification.
  • Have confidence in communication with the ability to develop relationships and partnerships
  • Be self motivating and ability to manage their time to meet deadlines and positions requirements
  • Full UK Driving license

  • Monday to Friday

  • Stirling: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
