Join us at Saorsa 1875, the UK’s first vegan hotel, specialising in ethical luxury. We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, hard-working and positive to join our small team.

You’ll work a mixture of shifts, in housekeeping and front of house. You’ll take pride in your work and your attention to detail. You’ll put our guests first, and be a real team player.

During the summer, the job will involve:

  • Three housekeeping shifts a week, cleaning public areas and our bedrooms
  • Assisting our current housekeeper with stock and linen management
  • Two front of house shifts a week, serving guests during meal times and welcoming them at reception

During the winter you will work fewer days a week, giving you more time off to relax and enjoy the area.

Experience working in hospitality and housekeeping is desirable but not essential. If you’re the right candidate, we’re happy to provide training.

This position is live-in, and will require fire warden duties on nights when the hotel owner is absent (for example, on holiday).
