As a Litigation Solicitor, your work will include the following: -
Property Disputes - Landlord & Tenant, Boundary and Construction
Civil Litigation - Contested Probate and Inheritance disputes, Debt recovery
Commercial Litigation - Commercial Contracts, Professional Negligence and Partnership Disputes
This opening will suit an ambitious, commercially minded Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive, ideally 2yrs+ PQE looking for the chance of working for one of the leading firms in Tamworth.
