DWF LLP is seeking to recruit a Litigation Paralegal to join their expanding Litigation practice group in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be based within our Insured team.

The role will involve working in a team environment acting on behalf of legal expense insurers and their insured on high volume and wide ranging contractual disputes, including professional negligence claims, for personal and commercial clients. This role represents a great opportunity to get exposure to a wide variety of work such as small claims trials, complex cases, court work, legal and commercial research etc.

We are seeking applications from candidates with strong academics at degree level and above and/or relevant experience in commercial litigation. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate maturity, be real team players with strong communication skills and attention to detail. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a drive to succeed and an enthusiasm to learn. It is also important that the successful candidate has the ability to work as part of a team in addition to being confident working under his/her own initiative.
