It’s our goal to make you feel great about working with us, and we work hard to cultivate a culture that makes it easy for you to stay with us for many years.

We work flexibly and you’ll be empowered to work where you do your best work, balancing your individual needs with the need for us to engage as teams and deliver excellent client service.

It is an integral part of this role that you comply with information security and all firm policies and procedures.

This Role Is Right For You If

You are someone with talent, ambition and a proven track record and expertise in lifetime planning work.

You will have established strong client relationships within the South West and, very probably, a degree of following. You will have developed strong business development skills and have a vision about how to grow your practice. Ideally, you will have an understanding of agricultural markets and appreciation of the specific needs of this client group.

You will need to be technically excellent but equally, commercially aware. You will need to be a team player with a client focussed approach and a keenness to become involved in business development activities within the team as a whole, having built up strong professional connections.

We expect you to be able to use your initiative, and be a forward-planner, anticipating our clients’ needs in advance wherever possible.

We value hard working team players, but equally value and promote a positive culture with a strong work-life balance. Yes, there are deadlines to meet, but we do not believe that long hours are healthy or produce great client service. We look for well-rounded teams and individuals, as do our clients.
