Mariposa Care Group has an exciting opportunity available for a Lifestyle Support Assistantto join their team at Blackwell Vale Care Home based in Carlisle. You will join us on a full time or part time, permanent basis and in return we will offer you a salary of £8.91 per hour.

What will you be doing as our Lifestyle Support Assistant?

However, As a General Guide, Duties Will Include

Duties of a Lifestyle Support Assistant are varied, and no two days will be the same. All our residents are individuals and they deserve to be treated as such.
  • Help with organising a personalised lifestyle plan
  • Help with a range of events and activities for residents such as arts and crafts, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions
  • Assist with the nutritional well-being of residents by ensuring suitable drinks and meals are available
  • Support staff to deliver a meaningful dining experience for everyone.
What we are looking for in our Lifestyle Support Assistant:

You don’t necessarily need to have previous experience directly in this field, nor qualifications as we are happy to work with you to help you become excellent in the role of Lifestyle Support.
