Level 3 Room Leader - AbingdonThis school is seeking a Level 3 Room Leader in Abingdon for an ASAP start.About the school:A Nursery that caters for children aged new born to 4 years old.The Nursery provides the top care for children, it understands that every child is unique and has different interests and strengths.Weekly professional development for staff.Very supportive leadership team.Located in a great location. About the role:Leading a dedicated team of Early Years Practitioners, guiding them to provide exceptional care and education for children.Monitoring children’s progress, and ensuring each individual has the attention and commitment they require from the leaders.Planning daily activities, in line with EYFS curriculum.Acting as a Key person to a number of children and maintaining regular contact with parents.What the school is looking for:Candidate must have a level 3 room leader qualification.Previous experience working within a nursery setting.Enhanced DBS that is on the update service or be happy to process a new one (£48).Good behavioural management skills.Strong communication skills.
