The Site team led by a Site Manager is responsible for providing a safe and high quality-learning environment for our Staff, Students, and Visitors. The role involves being part of a proactive maintenance team covering our Estate and property, ensuring that compliance regulations are met and exceeded where possible.

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Experience of working in a customer centred environment
  • Experience of working in a caretaking /building facilities/portering role
  • Good communication skills - oral and written
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • Be able to undertake minor repairs (handy person skills)

Desired qualifications
