Role Title: Level 2 Apprentice Lean Manufacturing Operative

Full training provided + Supportive and friendly team + Early Friday finish!

Salary: £8.50 per hour

Qualification Offered: Lean Manufacturing Operative (level 2)

Location: Wincham, Northwich

Hours of Work: 07:30-16:30 Mon-Thurs; 07:30-13:45 Friday

Holidays: 23 Days a year plus Bank Holiday with extra days awarded for length of service

Company Pension Scheme: Yes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Job Role: You will learn the basics of lean manufacturing techniques including PULL, OTIF, KANBAN, TIMWOOD. You will be trained to use a range of tools and machinery to carry out a range of tasks which may include bonding, CNC cutting, cutting with knives, screen printing, sewing, hot air welding and painting.

Requirements:

- Good manual dexterity

- Ability to use independent judgement and discretion when making decisions

- Ability to follow written instructions and procedures

- Good communication skills

- Logical thought patterns

- GCSEs in English and Maths
