Location: Newton Abbot
Hours: Monday to Friday and every other Saturday.
Full/Part Time: Full Time
Salary: from £21K DOE

THE ROLE/ DUTIES:
You’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and coordinating property viewings. But that’s just the beginning! You’ll also be involved in managing their let properties, drafting tenancies, and ensuring that all paperwork is up-to-date and organised.
Working closely with their experienced lettings agents, you’ll provide excellent customer service to our clients and help them achieve their business goals. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career and gain valuable experience in the property industry.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
- Customer focussed and comfortable in a client facing role
- Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented
- Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast paced environment
- Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- Preferably experienced in administration and or customer service
BENEFITS:
· Our client will pay for you to take your National Association of Residential Lettings exams which we would expect you to complete within the first 8 months
· When you have passed your exams, you will earn a share of commission based on what the rentals department earns.
· Opportunity to earn additional income from referrals of Financial Services
· Business mileage paid (45 pence per mile)
