Then this is the role for you!

This business is growing rapidly and they are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their fun, energetic and (in their words) slightly bonkers office!

As a Lettings Negotiator, your responsibilities will include:

· Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls

· Reconciling incoming rent payments, chasing arrears and dealing with requests to amend payment dates

· Managing the rental process from start to finish including property maintenance

· Booking and attending viewings and handling keys

· Creating tenancies, updating property status and board movements

· Conducting regular refencing checks, checking right to rent documents and rent protection

· Completing pre-check-out and check-out visits and routine inspections

We are looking for a Letting Negotiator with the following skills and experience:

· Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator, or some experience in an estate agency

· Superb customer service skills with a talent for communication

· A proactive, motivated and resilient personality with an empathetic nature

· High energy with the ability to work in a fast paced environment

· Superb organisation skills, excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving & time management skills

· Driving license and full time access to a vehicle

· Qualifications would be great but not essential (ARLA/propertymark)

In return, the successful Lettings Negotiator will receive a salary of £21,000 - £23,000, plus the following benefits…
