Lettings Negotiator

The day to day responsibilities of this position include

  • Speaking with the potential customers who are seeking property to let and gaining information about them and their property requirements
  • Matching customers to suitable property lets
  • Conducting viewings with customers, showing them around available properties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Personable. Enjoys speaking with people and building rapport
  • Previous estate agency experience
  • A good telephone manner
  • Can use a computer and has basic IT skills.

For this role, my client requires you to have a Full UK Driving Licence.
