Lettings Consultant Job in Chichester

I have a Lettings Consultant job for a company that provides new homes to rent. They have started a joint venture with two globally recognised property investment companies. My client is ideally looking for an experienced new homes Sales Executive or someone that comes from a residential lettings background. The role is offering a basic salary of up to £35,000 + 30% bonus.

My client is a specialist provider of private rented housing. They are focused on creating sustainable homes and communities across the country where people feel safe and want to live. The property investment companies that have backed my client possess significant expertise in delivering high quality private rented housing. Role & Responsibilities

• Regularly update the online marketing alongside the Marketing Manager
• Prioritising and being the first point of contact for customers that are responding to enquiries
• Carry out viewings and negotiate offers with potential tenants
• Progressing and completing tenancy applications that include the signing of documents
• Lead customer retention by commencing renewals discussions and negotiations
• Certifying that all systems and data is accurate and up to date for all lettings activity
• Work in tandem with third party agents as necessary
• Coinciding with the Head of Lettings by carrying out rental appraisals of the nearby market
• Effectively deliver against the active KPI’s
• Provide routine reports on lettings performances to the Head of Lettings
• Carrying out other duties that are required from time to time.

Required Skills & Experience

• Possess previous experience in residential private rented sales is preferred
• Focused on providing excellent customer service with the ability to adapt to different customers
• To be driven and enthusiastic
• Having the desire to progress within the business that will rapidly excel and create further opportunities.

What you get back

• Salary of up to £35,000
• 30% Bonus
• OTE of £45,000.
