What you’ll be doing

• Deal with incoming and outgoing calls and property enquiries for both sales and lettings
• Meet and greet clients when they come into the office
• Carry out viewings
• Negotiate offers for both sales & Lettings
• Communicate with solicitors to progress sales
• To ensure properties are in in the 1st page of RM, Z, OTM, Using the property database and our website all properties are marketed and any other portal used by the Branch daily
• Liaising with Landlords and Vendors regarding marketing, feedback and offers
• Access the effectiveness of featured properties and premium properties weekly
• Prospecting for new business via current and new landlords/sales opportunities and seeking out new properties for sale
• Assisting with routine inspections
• Charging the right rent, admin and deposit fees and ensuring any sales/lettings reductions are acted upon immediately

What you’ll have

• Previous experience working as a Lettings and Sales Negotiator
• Full UK driving licence
• Be computer literate and able to learn systems quickly

What you’ll receive

• Up to £22,000 annual salary
• + commission

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
• No weekends
