Salary: Up to £25,000 pa + commission depending on qualifications and experience.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6pm, Saturday 8.30am - 5pm on a rota basis. (A day off will be given in the week for working a Saturday).

We are looking for a Lettings Administrator/ Tenancy Manager to be an integral part of our highly motivated lettings team, working within our successful family run Estate Agency.

The ideal candidate will be organised and professional, with excellent attention to detail to help maintain the exceptional levels of customer service we pride ourselves on. They must be able to work well under pressure and have a personable, positive attitude.

The position may suit an individual who has previous experience in estate agency and customer service, or has a property related or administrative background.

Main duties include:

· General office duties such as filing and invoicing

· Setting up new tenancies including tenancy agreements and compliance checks

· Liaising with clients and dealing with general queries

· Registering applicants and carrying out accompanied viewings

· Coordinating property maintenance in a timely manner

· Arranging and undertaking property visits and safety checks

· Any additional assistance to support the team

Candidate requirements

· Full UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle

· A motivated team player

· Commitment to providing high levels of service at all times

· Highly organised and able to prioritise their workload

· Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office

· Careful attention to detail

· Excellent customer service skills

· Must be up to date with current legislation and aware of forthcoming changes

· ARLA qualified preferred, but support will be provided if you have not achieved the qualification yet
