Lettings Administrator - Cheltenham - up to £23k dependent on experience (Full or Part Time)
My client is an award winning, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand with branches in Cheltenham and Gloucester. Due to ongoing growth within their Lettings Department, they are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their Lettings team based in Cheltenham. The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills.
Main Duties for the Lettings Administrator Role:
- Dealing with both email and telephone enquiries
- Booking viewings and valuations
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Overseeing the administration, applications and referencing of each tenant
- Arranging the drawing up and signing of all tenancy agreements
- Preparing renewals
- Confirming payments required
Key Skills Required:
- Strong Administration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT knowledge
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
Working hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (Part Time also available)
