A fantastic opportunity has arisen within an upmarket independent estate agency with a large network of offices throughout London and internationally. Our client is currently looking for a Lettings Administrator to join their multi award-winning company at their office based inNotting Hill.

You will be undertaking a variety of tasks from being the first point of contact for anyone visiting the office, to managing incoming calls whilst supporting the lettings team with general administration responsibilities and also bothanti-money laundering and right-to-rent checks.

Responsibilities will include the following:
  • Welcoming everyone that visits the office, dealing with their enquiry in an efficient and professional manner
  • Registering new applicants and clients
  • Encouraging the team to ensure office standards are kept high and that the office always looks immaculate
  • Keeping track of keys passing in and out of the office, via the key log
  • Updating and refreshing the window displays on a regular basis
  • Generating canvassing letters
  • Booking viewings for negotiators in their absence
  • Booking market appraisals
  • Uploading photos, floor plans and Energy Performance certificates to the relevant systems
  • Uploading Land Registry and verifying information
  • Stock checking and ordering of stationery
  • Keeping Lettings Checklists updated
  • Carrying out anti-money laundering checks
  • Ensuring prospective tenants have the relevant ‘right to rent’
  • Verifying identification from relevant parties
  • Anti-Money Laundering processes.
Skills and experience required:
  • At least 2 years’ experience working in lettings administration
  • Be confident dealing with people
  • Be approachable, helpful and project positivity!
  • Take pride in your work
  • Enjoy making a positive contribution to office life independently and as part of the team
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Thrive on working at and delivering consistently high standards
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word – Reapit software would be beneficial (training will be provided).
