Position: Viewings Clerk
Location: Banbury
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property viewings in and around Banbury.
  • Provide prospective clients with detailed property information.
  • Ensure a smooth and informative viewing experience for customers.
  • Answer client queries and address concerns during viewings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback and insights.
  • Maintain a professional and knowledgeable demeanour.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Oxfordshire and its surrounding areas.
  • Customer-focused approach with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Punctual, reliable, and well-organized.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and Own Transport

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Salary: £9.00-£32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
