We are looking for informative, bubbly, personable and engaging Team Members to join our team in Halesowen.

Job Overview

You will need to provide the best customer service possible!

  • Welcoming each and every guest into our venues with a nice polite manner and enthusiasm.
  • You will be working across different areas of the venue including Reception, Cafe, Inflatables, Trampolines, Party hosting, Waiting on tables and also some Bar staff roles.
  • Cash & card handling when working on Reception, Cafe & Bar
  • Uphold our rules at all times
  • Report maintenance issues immediately to your management.
  • Escalate any complaints to your Shift Manager swiftly and professionally
  • Maintain exceptional housekeeping at all times in every area of the park
  • Interaction is the absolute key to creating unforgettable experiences one guest at a time and you will interact with all our guests.

Ideal Candidate

  • Ability to work in various areas of our park
  • Be engaging, positive and bubbly!
  • We are looking for part time and full time members to join the team - you must have school holiday & weekend availability.

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £5.00-£9.50 per hour
