Legal Secretary with conveyancing experience sought on a full-time permanent basis in West Sussex.

This is an exciting opportunity for a legal secretary to join a highly regarded firm in Chichester. The successful candidate will have at least one years’ experience and will use their skills and expertise to deliver outstanding administrative support to fee earners within the team.

Responsibilities
  • Providing support to fee earners
  • Diary management
  • Liaising with clients
  • File management
  • Use of case management system
  • Drafting legal documents
  • Post and document distribution

The Candidate
  • Legal secretaries with at least one years’ experience in conveyancing
  • Possesses strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • IT literate
  • Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
  • Strives for high standards in their work
