RECRUITMENT ADVISOR

Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to join a fast paced and growing in-house Lateral Recruitment team and contribute to the delivery of the firm’s recruitment processes.

The Recruitment Advisor will be trusted by internal stakeholders and seek to build/develop firm -wide relationships. Capable of effectively managing a portfolio Lawyer vacancies, the successful candidate will provide advice and support to internal stakeholders in relation to candidate attraction; brief agencies regarding recruitment needs; assist pre-selection by screening CVs; facilitate the interview process and manage offers.

Candidate Overview

  • You will have demonstrable experience of working in a professional services environment.
  • Ideally, you will have experience of working within an in-house legal recruitment team or in a fee earning capacity.
