ExamworksUK are a leading UK company providing independent medical examinations and reports, supporting Medico Legal experts in cases such as personal injury compensation claims.
We are now looking to recruit a Legal Cashier to join our growing Finance department.
Main responsibilities are:
  • Processing receipts on a daily basis.
  • Recording data onto a excel spreadsheet daily.
  • Ensuring all financial documentation is received to confirm accuracy of payments.
  • Investigating all unallocated receipts.
  • Liaising with external customers, internal departments.
  • Complete bank reconciliation.
  • Dealing with payment queries.
  • Inbound/outbound calls and emails.
We ask you have good IT skills and basic accounts knowledge. Experience with sage would be a benefit but not essential.
Previous experience in an administrative role within an office environment desirable.
