Legal Assistant - Education Law

Excellent opportunity for an experienced legal assistant / secretary / administrator / paralegal to join a busy Education Law Department based at our Cardiff Office at Cardiff Gate Business Park.

You will enjoy an interesting and varied role to include:

  • Dealing with enquiry telephone calls prior to them being passed to the appropriate fee earner.
  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to Fee earners, including filing, copying, printing, scanning, and creating bundles.
  • Emailing and corresponding with various parties on cases.
  • Ability to prepare and file Tribunal/ Court documentation by email.

No previous experience within the education law sector is needed as full training will be provided.

To apply for this role you should have 12 months experience as a legal secretary / legal assistant and you should hold your own driving licence.

Office Hours: Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:15 and this is an office based position. Requests for flexible hours will be considered

Holiday entitlement: 25 days plus Bank Holidays

Bonus Holiday Scheme (up to 12 additional days leave a year)
