Are you a forward thinking solicitor/in-house legal advisor with 3+PQE looking to make a real difference with your legal skill within a non-profit organisation with a budget exceeding £30 million?

The role:

Due to the diverse nature of our clients’ business, you will be providing advice and guidance across many areas of law. A core part of the work centres on contractual work whether that’s commercial contracts , or standard terms and conditions for their portfolio of products and services.

In addition to this, they provide advice and guidance in relation to competition law, company law and charity law, as well as several key areas of compliance including UK GDPR, advertising standards, prize draws and financial services regulation.

However the ideal candidate will not necessarily have all the experience but will have a grounding in commercial contracts or GDPR or compliance.

You:

Are you a 3+ PQE solicitor who does not simply draft and construct contracts, or read laws verbatim, but someone who has proactive and passionate approach to support your organisations’ ambitions AND to provide first class legal services that the legal team can be proud of.
