We are currently recruiting for a talented Legal Advisor to join our first class, Claims Admitted department, in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with RTA Fast Track experience or similar to expand their career with one of the UK’s largest, top ranking law firms.

Responsibilities;

Pro-actively progress cases towards settlement
Manage own case load in a timely manner
Assess and secure the correct funding for the client
Securing relevant medical reports and value in accordance with company direction and the latest tools available e.g. matrix, case law and Judicial College Guidelines
Obtaining the clients Schedule of Loss and any evidence required to support a claim
Securing interim payments and client agreements
Securing invoices from suppliers
Chase clients or suppliers when required

What we are looking for;

A thorough understanding of the MOJ process, preferable in a similar role
Ability to assess and review medical reports of various disciplines
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to assess and review medical reports of various disciplines
Ability to accurately record data information
Organisational management
