The School of Business, Law and Social Science delivers programmes and applied research in the areas of Accounting, Business, Management and Marketing, Criminology, Sociology and Law. The Accounting Business and Management Division delivers established and successful degrees in a range of business areas at undergraduate level and has recently had approved a new suite of postgraduate programmes for delivery on campus, online and with a growing number of national and international partner institutions.

The University now seeks to appoint an additional Lecturer in Human Resource Management.

Reporting to the Head of Division (Accounting, Business and Management), you will undertake teaching, research and administrative tasks as required by the Head of Division.

This role requires candidates to work both independently and collegiately and be able to demonstrate good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills and have an ability to take initiative. High quality research, teaching and impactful knowledge transfer activity are integral to the role.

There is a preference for applicants who are strong in the application of theory to practice.
