The SMB Group is a highly successful FE college, formed through the merger of Stephenson College and Brooksby Melton College. We are an innovative and highly responsive centre for education and training with campuses in Coalville, Melton Mowbray and Brooksby.

We are looking for a Lecturer in Early Years at our Coalville Campus to fill a current specialism gap within the department and team. To support the delivery of the apprenticeship standards for teaching assistants as well as prepare for the T level qualifications and the teaching assistant route. The candidate will have standard knowledge, skills and experience of whole delivery model as experience of the EPA process and preparation for all standards in teaching assistant and EYE workforce. The successful candidate will also pick up the additional visits across the department for the study programmes students licence to practice status. (Unit 16).

As well as your relevant experience and current knowledge, you will also be willing to obtain a relevant teaching qualification (DTLLS, PGCE or equivalent) if you do not already possess one.
