We are looking for a friendly and efficient Leasing Assistant or Leasing Manager to join our residential
Property team.

The Job Role:
• Booking and carrying out viewings of available properties
• Issuing application forms to prospective tenants
• Facilitating all aspects of move-in and move-out procedures
• Liaise with contractors required for maintenance repairs
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors over the telephone, email and face to face
• Assist with admin tasks
• Process rents and produce statements monthly
• Conduct inspections of properties regularly
• All other aspects of property management
