Due to recent project wins, the position of Learning Technologies Managerhas become available to join our strong team based in Maidenhead.

This role is accountable for leading the management, design and governance of our learning technologies ecosystem.Ensuring we have a robust system that is able to deliver against the Costain talent and development strategy will be a core focus, along with keeping an eye on future enhancements and integration to deliver the desired learning experience and service.Knowledge of the system and a strong focus on the processes underpinning effective and efficient learning administration will support the role holder in leading a small learning admin team.

The role holder will provide expert guidance and support to our HR teams and key stakeholders, on system and system related process matters and developments. They will support strategic decision making and recommendations within the business through enabling the production and analysis of relevant MI to create insightful interpretations that support business objectives. This role requires experience with Cornerstone

This role is hybrid with 2/3 days in the office required.

Role Requirements

• Previous experience of leading teams and fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with a leading LMS as a lead / Platform designer covering the full Cornerstone modules suite of Learning, Succession, Performance, Social and People.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to customer and end user experience.
• Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
• Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
• Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
