The Role – Learning Support Assistant

The school is recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to work with KS3 – KS4 Students. You would be working with a mixed environment of pupils, all with different abilities and needs. Successful candidate will be required to adapt teaching materials to the individual needs of the pupils. The LSA will be required to work 1:1 with pupils and be comfortable to take small groups. You may be required to help in homework club or other extra-curricular activities.
