Learning Support Assistant, SEN school based in Enfield, September startAre you passionate about children’s wellbeing and want to spend the next year working as a Learning Support Assistant? If so, we are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with SEN and SEMH needs.As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be supporting pupils with their learning and development, improving their communication and social skills.About The School - Learning Support AssistantThis is a supportive and inclusive SEN school that offers clear progression for all staff and various routes into teaching. Based in Enfield, the school has emerged following a period of change and has received its best results to date. The school offers an open and honest culture between staff, pupils and SLT this enables pupils to learn through a friendly and happy environment. The school are looking for staff to continue to deliver their high expectations a high level of education through nurturing their pupils’ natural strengths and interests via extracurricular clubs, activities and trips. The school are looking to appoint upbeat, professional LSA’s and TAs to support their pupils in a variety of roles across the school. Hours are 8:30 - 3:30 and these are full time roles with a view to becoming permanent (where desired).
