    Reduced Year - 39 Weeks per year

    What We Do

    We offer a high-quality provision for students aged 14-16 SEND & SEMH needs. An individualised bespoke programme is offered to all our students across five days a week. The AP offer a wide range of curriculum subjects in order to make sure all students have a positive experience. As a result of the high-quality provision, we are looking for someone that can make a difference to our young people’s lives and support our learners in both theory and practical lessons.

    What You Will Do
    • Involved in planning and preparation and assessment of learning as part of the course team.
    • Provide in-class support to meet identified need of students who have high needs.
    • Provide assistance with behaviour classroom management.

    YOUR PROFILE
    • Experience of working with students who have SEMH needs.
    • Able to establish rapport with students and to maintain professional boundaries.
    • Experience of working in a team in an educational setting.
    • Have experience with dealing with challenging behaviour in a classroom setting.
