Your opportunity

As a member of the Learning & Talent Support Services team (LTSS) you will manage and deliver learning and development activities in accordance with the firm’s vision. You will contribute to the strategic direction and development of the LTSS team. The position will require an organised yet innovated approach to learning support. There is also opportunity to further develop customer service, stakeholder management, vendor relationships together with demonstrating your excellent communication skills.

Your role

Working within the LTSS Team you will be required to provide administrative support to the wider learning team, working within set processes for a portfolio of learning offerings. This includes project management of learning offerings across the firm, co-ordinating and organising specialist requirements from the business, responding to learner technical and course queries, working with events, faculty and course administration assistant managers, Stakeholder management and vendor communications.

We are looking for an outstanding individual who is able to work both independently and as part of a wider team across 3 sites to deliver excellent service. Are you someone with the ability to learn quickly on the job, who has an enquiring mind and the confidence to challenge and set boundaries? We would love to see you use your initiative whilst ensuring your responses are within policy and processes.

The role encompasses, but is not limited to:

  • Communicating in a professional manner at all times with customers, stakeholders and vendors to ensure accurate and timely management of learning offerings.
  • Providing assistance, and support to Stakeholders, the Learning community and learners.
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution.
  • Working as part of the team to support course administration and technical queries and becoming the Subject Matter Expert for services the team deliver.
  • Co-ordination and supporting of Service Line escalations, working with the team to iron out any challenges, and.
  • Working to ensure that processes are accurate and new initiatives are identified to ensure continuous service improvements.
You will be supporting the following Service Offerings:


Specialist Support Services

  • Weekly review of scheduled Class report for classes with low enrolments and make recommendations to send to Learning Business Partners. Implementation of actions such as cancellation, amendments to programmes.
  • Monitor class registrations and advertise business on next steps
  • Respond to learner queries for ALL learning technology platforms; including where to find content, how to access systems and provide training on platforms.
  • Training and supporting the business as well as internal staff members on learning technology platforms, alongside providing advice on most appropriate systems for their requirements.
  • Signposting course owner to resources to improve self-service.
  • Respond to queries from the business regarding how to enrol on courses/what to do if the course is full.
  • Be responsible for query management for all learning technology platforms.
  • Upskill learners on resources available and signpost to self-service if applicable.
  • Ensure that the service provided is flexible and has a level of understanding for each service line to ensure effectiveness.

Your professional experience:

Essential

  • Strong Administrative skills, with attention to detail
  • Experience of working within a process driven environment, with clear evidence of continuous service improvement in any area of work
  • Proficient in Microsoft office with excellent Excel and Word and Outlook skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to work with a wide range of people within the organization, and external vendors
  • Experience of Stakeholder management
  • Demonstrative experience of being a team player who is also able to use own initiative in solving complex queries
  • An awareness of learning offerings and the co-ordination of these
Desirable

  • Experience of working within a customer focused role
  • Experience of working with an offshore Extended Delivery Centre (EDC)
