Location:London / Flexible
Salary:up to £39,707
Contract Type: Permanent
Weekly Hours: 09:00 - 17:00

Closing Date:Saturday 03 July 2021
We are looking for a Learning Partner to partner with the business to develop, deliver and maintain future learning and development needs to support and drive business performance.
About us

We’re one of the UK’s leading housing associations, a member of the G15 group of London’s largest housing associations, with 34,000 homes and 1,200 employees in London and the Home Counties.
We are inspired by the benefits of a diverse workforce. We encourage diversity and inclusion at all levels of our organisation and are fully committed to equality of opportunity. We have been voted a Sunday Times top 100 Best Company to Work for, investing care, time and resources in our people.

Our purpose

Our purpose at Catalyst is to provide ‘homes people love’. That means everything from creating and maintaining great homes, to delivering excellent service to customers every day. We offer a wide range of housing solutions and opportunities for our diverse range of customer needs and requirements including, rent, part ownership or purchase. By doing so, we build more than homes – we build communities.

What we’re looking for:
  • Do you have experience in designing, delivering and facilitating bespoke learning programmes?
  • Are you able to work collaboratively - knowing when to support, and when to push back and hold the line?
  • Can you demonstrate a strong commitment to the principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion?
If so, this is the perfect role for you!

We currently have a permanent opportunity for a Learning Partner to join us. This role is classified as a partial home worker.

Do you have what it takes?

To succeed in your role as Learning Partner, you will:

  • Partner with leadership and management of select business areas to understand their needs and develop learning interventions to meet the needs of the Directorates, teams and individuals to drive the success of the organisation.
  • Build and regularly review the Catalyst Learning Offer which addresses the emerging needs of the business and proactively plan and deliver appropriate courses, observations and refresher training to meet current and future business demands
  • Deliver and own the engagement of our central Onboarding approach and Managers to deliver local inductions through the design and delivery of support tools
  • Create talent opportunities within select business areas for apprentices - working in partnership with our internal recruitment team and business areas to attract the right candidates and continue to support the apprentice and their manager during their programme at Catalyst - including mentoring and coaching.

The UK has a housing problem which affects every one of us, because housing is the foundation of the society we live in. Catalyst is part of the solution and you could be too!
