LEARNING DISABILITIES TEAM LEADER REQUIRED AT A SMALL RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME BASED IN BLANDFORD, DORSET

NEW PAY RATE OF £14.03 PER HOURPERMANENT 37.5 HOUR CONTRACT

  • 8AM
  • 3PM & 3PM
  • 10PM Our client based in Blandford, Dorset is a Residential Care Home that provides Care and Support to Adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities. Currently they are looking for genuinely caring, hands on individuals to join the team as Learning Disabilities Team Leaders. You will be closely supporting the Service Manager, and as a Learning Disabilities Team Leader you will be responsible for Promoting, Managing and Co-ordinating Care Plans and you will play a central role in Team Leadership from Allocating Shifts, Running the Shifts, Supervising and Mentoring the Support Workers, Overseeing Recruitment and Induction. You will also be central to Service Delivery and you will take a hands-on approach to Care Management too. Ideal applicant will currently be a Team Leader or Senior Care Assistant, with some knowledge of Regulations and Legislation, Leadership experience with some Administration Experience.
