What you’ll be doing

As an L&D specialist you will be given ownership and autonomy to deliver objectives, projects and programmes. This will require you to work autonomously through all stages of the ADDIE process yourself, seeking the necessary stakeholder input and sign off at relevant stages. (Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate)

You will work collaboratively to help create and deliver the business L&D needs.

Skills we need:

  • Exceptional coaching and facilitation skills.
  • Broad learning materials design experience that features both online learning - non facilitated (eLearning) and facilitated online (webinars) and facilitated classroom-based learning sessions.
  • A proven ability to apply situational styles to achieve best outcomes; seamlessly moving between; instruct, train, coach and mentor.
  • Experience of coaching and developing others in a management capacity.
  • Improvement and solution focused; striving to deliver outstanding results through new, innovative and more effective ways of working.
  • A fast learner; capable of adopting new tools and systems relevant to your job role; LMS, iSpring and other authoring tools
  • Well organised and confident in L&D administration
  • Comfortable using all Microsoft Office applications within O365; OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Publisher.
  • Good numeracy skills and high standards of written English and proof reading
  • A high level of professionalism and personal integrity.
  • A collaborative approach and team working. Essential
  • Demonstrable knowledge of learning theory such as ADDIE, Kirkpatrick and the training cycle.
  • A broad range of Learning & Development experience or a suitable qualification.

Desirable

  • * Experience with Kallidus LMS.
  • * Experience in a sales, service or compliance centric environment.
  • * Insurance product or industry knowledge.
