Are you a passionate and dynamic Learning & Development professional looking for an opportunity to really make your mark within a fast paced retail environment and truly own the agenda?

We are are representing clients currently across the Midlands, London and the South West.

Working across multiple corporate HQ functions, these roles are responsible for driving a multitude of Talent programmes to really cultivate performance, and therefore the commercial performance of the business. You’ll have strong business partnering skills and put these to good use partnering with functional directors to understand their talent gaps and future skills needs, and will develop plans to help them deliver their people strategies - From individual plans, coaching and training to wider optional programmes, you’ll deliver the very best solutions.

There is flexibility on location, providing you are able to travel to the Head Offices when required to conduct the role to the best standard.

In return you will get to work within driven and dynamic HR teams for well known organisations, as well as competitive remuneration packages.
